Changli is an incredible and powerful character in Wuthering Waves, known for dealing significant personal damage while supporting teammates with her Outro Skill. When her Forte Gauge is full, she gives the next character a 20% Fusion damage amplify and a 25% Residence Liberation amplify for 10 seconds. Changli excels as a damage dealer and also supports her team effectively.
She can deal significant damage as both a Quick Swap Damage Dealer and an On-Fielder. Her special normal attack, used on the ground or in the air, deals Fusion DMG, and after completing a combo, she gains True Sigh. True Sight is a main ability of her Resonance Skill, Tripartite Flames. When she activates True Sight, she launches a special enhanced attack from the air, which transforms into a Fire Bird. After activating True Sight Conquest on the ground, she creates a fire explosion, which is considered Resonance Skill DMG.
Her True Sight Enhanced Attack gains a stack of Enflamement each time it is used, and she can carry up to 4 Enflamement stacks at once. After True Sight is activated, her passive skill Secret Strategist increases Fusion DMG. True Sight Ground Attack is more impactful compared to her Air Attack, but the Air Attack (Fire Bird) is much faster and saves time. After gaining a full Forte Gauge, she performs a heavy attack that deals significant damage to enemies.
Swapping back with the Intro Skill grants her automatic True Sight. It is mandatory to use her Forte Circuit attack as you swap off the field.

Changli Overview
Changli is a 5★ rarity character from the 
Fusion element who uses a Sword type weapon. Counselor to the Jinzhou Magistrate and former Secretary-General of the Central Secretariat in the Capital. Shrouded in flames, She’s a counselor fated to burn brightly until her final embers. Positioning herself on the chessboard, she;s always planning several moves ahead to achieve her ambition.
